Alliance carried out a significant amount of work to our new home in the summer of 2018. The job was co ordinated and supervised by Aaron of Alliance, whom my husband and I found to be very knowledgeable, forthright and pleasant to work with. We were having a basement conversion done which involves stripping out everything, treating walls, then tanking and lining thereafter. New windows, doors, electrical lines and plumbing installation was involved as we were creating four new rooms down there. The Alliance team is multi skilled. I did want to employ my own electrician which was not a problem for them, and they worked with him on dates etc. They did everything else and even organised plastering, had skirtings and finishes done and laid the wooden flooring down for me. The extended skills of their team, and the speed that they work at, mean you don’t have delays in getting the job done. The team were also very mannerly when speaking to you, which was good. Michael being worth an extra mention for his skills and work ethic, as well as John. I would highly recommend using Alliance for both small and large jobs. They have the team that can cope with both. They also give a twenty year guarantee on their work and are certainly good enough to be around for twenty years to be able to honour this.
"Can’t recommend these guys highly enough. Having just finished a complete house renovation there aren’t a lot of trades people I would recommend but Alliance did a perfect job at a great price. They damp-proofed the whole house and did some structural renovations at the back of the property. They worked hard, fast and well, they were always courteous, friendly and always cleaned up at the end of every day. Nothing was ever a problem and any little extras were quickly taken care of no questions asked. 1st class service from quote to finish!"
